Hand-rolled and cut Linzer style cookies are baked to golden deliciousness, then filled with a layer of peanut butter and fruit puree before being sandwiched together for cookie perfection.  

Trust us, when these babies are baking in the oven the aroma is Heaven-scent! 

Ingredients: Chickpea flour, oat flour, flax meal, honey, coconut oil, baking soda, mixed berry puree
